This website exists because our experiences matter too. It was created to preserve context, protect fairness, and make space for voices that have not been heard in the public conversation.
For many of us, Sattva became much more than a yoga school. It became a place of practice, friendship, service, healing, laughter, grief, growth, and home.
A wider community deserves to be seen.
We are practitioners. We are householders. We are teachers. We are students. We are parents. We are business owners. We are professionals.
We are artists, entrepreneurs, doctors, lawyers, engineers, therapists, and seekers from around the world. Some of us have been connected to Sattva for more than a decade. Some joined recently. Some attended a single retreat.
Others completed multiple teacher trainings, volunteered, worked alongside the community, or built lifelong friendships through it. Many of us have never met one another. Yet we all share something in common.
We experienced genuine transformation through the teachings, the practices, the people, and the community that became known as Sattva. Today, we are watching that home being publicly judged through a narrative that we believe is incomplete.
For months, the public conversation kept growing.
Many of us stayed silent because we believed that, in time, the full picture would emerge. Instead, only one part of the story became increasingly visible.
Statements Spread
Private communications became public. Statements were shared online. New websites appeared. WhatsApp groups expanded.
Pressure Increased
Safehouse was created. Media stories began circulating. Teachers were pressured to respond. Institutions were contacted.
Voices Disappeared
Comments expressing positive experiences disappeared while thousands who experienced something different remained largely unheard.
This website was not created to attack anyone. It was not created to dismiss serious false allegations. It was not created to silence people who believe they have been harmed.
It was created because truth deserves completeness.
Respectful questions and broader context needed a home.
As the public discussion continued, many members of the wider community began noticing patterns that troubled them. Positive experiences rarely appeared. Questions were often dismissed before they could even be asked.
Requests for evidence were sometimes interpreted as attacks. Teachers who remained silent came under increasing pressure. Institutions connected to Sattva were publicly contacted. Families became part of the discussion.
Indian staff members who had nothing to do with the false allegations began worrying about their livelihoods. Students who simply wanted to continue practising felt uncertain about whether they could even express gratitude without criticism.
Many people privately shared that they no longer felt comfortable speaking publicly. Not because they lacked something to say. Because they feared becoming the next target.
Context does not erase accountability.
Context does not invalidate anyone’s pain. Context does not determine guilt or innocence. Context simply allows people to understand events more completely.
Without chronology, evidence, communication history, contradictory records, witness accounts, and the perspectives of everyone involved, public understanding remains incomplete.
Our concern is not only about what has been shared. It is also about what has not been shared.
An ecosystem, not only an organisation.
Over many years, Sattva became something much larger than any single individual. For many people, Sattva is not simply an organisation. It is an ecosystem.
That is why the consequences of this public campaign extend far beyond the individuals directly involved.

Social media is not built for careful examination.
Legal processes are not perfect. They are often slow. Sometimes frustrating. But they exist for a reason.
They require evidence.
They allow responses.
They examine contradictions.
They distinguish false allegation from proof.
They protect proper process.
Information spreads faster than verification. Emotion spreads faster than evidence. Headlines spread faster than corrections. Reputations can be permanently damaged long before the full record is ever examined.
That is why we continue to ask for patience, fairness, and proper process.
Everything currently online should not be mistaken for everything that exists.

One of the reasons this website exists is because many people have told us they no longer feel comfortable sharing their experience publicly.

We believe every sincere experience deserves space. Positive experiences. Difficult experiences. Questions. Reflection. Evidence. Context.
We will update responsibly.
Where new evidence becomes available, it will be reviewed carefully. Where corrections are needed, they will be made. Where privacy must be respected, it will be protected.
Where legal processes are ongoing, we will act responsibly. This website is not an attempt to win an argument. It is an attempt to preserve context.
